1 can pumpkin
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp molasses
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
4 egg yolks
2 cups scalded milk
4 beaten egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and mix well, add scalded milk last.
beat egg whites to stiff peaks, stir into pumpkin mixture.
Bake @ 425 for 15 minutes
Bake@ 350 35-45 minutes more
Pie is done when knife comes out clean
