1 baked pastry shell ( 9 inch)
6 medium sliced peaches
Sauce:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
4 tbsp cornstarch
pinch salt
1 pkg peach jello
1 tub cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, water, cornstarch and salt until thick and clear, add jello and stir until dissolved, let mixture cool. add peaches and mix well. pour 1/2 mixture into baked pastry shell, spread with cool whip, add remaining 1/2 peach mixture. top with cool whip, refrigerate at least 3 hours
