1/2 cup Olive Oil,
2 or 3 chopped Garlic,
1 cup Fresh Parsley,
Dash of Red Pepper
1 can Anchovies,
1 or 2 cans Italian Tuna in oil,
1 tsp. sugar,
I small tomato paste
2 cups water

In a large pot, simmer garlic, parsley in oil
Add anchovies and stir.
Add tuna and let the flavors become friendly
add paste and water and stir
season with pepper and sugar

The measurements are approximate. Use a fine grade tuna and let the oils of tuna and anchovies go into the pot.
Feel free to add canned tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes instead of water
