PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Mix peanut butter, sugar and egg with large spoon in medium bowl until well blended. ROLL mixture into 24 balls; place on baking sheet. Flatten with fork. Cool 5 min.; transfer to plate with spatula
BAKE 20 min. or until lightly browned. (Do not overbake).
