1 center cut piece of salmon
2 tbsp. honey mustard
2 tbsp. brown mustard
fresh ginger root, grated
1 red pepper, sliced
1 mango, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon on large piece of tin foil. Mix together honey mustard, brown mustard and soy sauce. Pour mixture over salmon. Evenly sprinkle grated ginger root over salmon. Next place the sliced mango on the salmon. Finally top with sliced red pepper. Wrap salmon tightly in the tin foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 450º for 30-40 minutes until done.
