1 lb hot sausage
1 c. quick grits
4 c. boiling water
1 tsp salt
1/2 c. butter
1/4 lb (4 oz) garlic cheese, grated
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs slightly beaten
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Fry and drain sausage. Cook grits for 5 minutes in the boiling salted water. Add butter and cheese to grits and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Add milk, eggs and sausage. Pour into greased dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 º for 45 to 55 minutes.
