TORTILLAS;:
1c hot water
1/2 c corn meal POUR hot water over let stand
2eggs
1-1/2c milk
1cwhole wheat flour
1 c w flour
FILLING
2 c diced cooked chicken
1 c grated cheese
1/2 minced onion mix together
SAUCE:
2-8oz cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chile powder 1 clove garlic minced
Put all in saucepan and simmer 10 min

NOw spread this over TORTILLAS
ADD_some chicken mixture And roll up
PLace seam down in baking dish
cover with remaining sauce
SPrinkle top with cheese Bake
