1 med. onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 (15 oz.) cans black beans, undrained
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can diced tomatoes and chilies (Ro-Tel)
1 lg. can chicken broth
1 (11 oz.) can corn (drained)
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Saute onion in olive oil in large pot. When onions are nearly finished, add garlic and saute one minute more. Add 1 can black beans, chicken broth, and all other ingredients. Puree remaining two cans of black beans and add to pot. Stir all ingredients together and heat through. Serve with sour cream and shredded cheese.
