1tsp salt
1 tbls melted butter
2 eggs ,,3/4 c beer

Directions:
Directions:
combine flour ,salt ,butter ,yolks ,& beer Beat only till smooth cover & let stand in cool place .//Just before using beat whites stiff fold in gently --
FISH MUST BE VERY DRY before dipping or batter will not adhear..
Heat oil 375-400 deg
