3-4 peeled Potatoes Grated into bowl of cold water
[so they don't go black]
now squeeze water out very good into bowl and add-
3/4 cup flour
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp salt
1/2-3/4 cup milk
Pinch b powder
1 tsp Parsley
fry

now fry these into 3/-4 inch size and serve with apple sauce, & sauerkraut and snittzles,, or pork chops ,,...
