3 eggs 4 tsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 c sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. melted butter 3 1/2 oz. pkg. coconut
Follow the directions for the pecan tassie crusts. Beat eggs, add sugar, butter and lemon juice. Beat well, stir in vanilla and coconut. Pour into pecan tassie crusts. Follow baking directions for pecan tassies.
