TORTILLAS-2 cup flour
1tsp salt
1 egg-beat in 2-1/2 cup water
1 cup corn meal

cook Tortillas like pancakes,.
FILLING-2 lbs cooked, add Enchilada chile sauce 1 can
1onion chopped salt& pepper
cook together in frying pan.
wrap this mixture in tortillas , put in baking dish, pour over sauce mixed with 1can tomato soup and grated cheddar
bake
