4 lb. roast
1 TB beef base
2 stalks celery
2 cans cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 or 2 packages dry onion soup
1 large chopped onion
12 oz. bag of egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast. Add soup mix, beef base, chopped onion and celery. Add water, possibly 2 cups (judge according to pan and size of roast). Place on low heat and cover until done. There will be more broth from the steam. Take meat out and shred. Add two cans of soup to make gravy. Place cooked noodles and meat back in gravy and mix well. Let stand five minutes and then serve.
