1 1/2 C flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 C margarine, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 C brown sugar lightly packed, 1/4 C butter (melted), 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp flour, 1 C raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and sugar in bowl. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Press into 9" square pan.
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
Beat eggs and brown sugar together in a small bowl until fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Cool.
