2 TBS mayonnaise
1 TBS relish
1 tsp mustard
pinch of salt & pepper
parsley

Boil eggs, peel eggs, slice them down the middle, separate the yolk and mix with mayonnaise, mustard and relish, fill egg with yolk filling, top with paprika, garnish with parsley
