Seasoning mixture (Put in blender: onions, celery, thyme, spring onions, garlic ginger, green pepper cilantro, black pepper)
Chicken or Fish
Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce (located in the International section of your grocery store)

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate overnight the raw chicken and/or fish by rubbing the meat
Fried the meat; place in an oven dish the meat and cover with the sweet and chili sauce
Bake for 30 minutes and serve
