Ingredients:  
1 can artichokes, rinsed, drained & chopped
1 can water chestnuts, rinsed, drained & chopped
1 T chopped onion
1 C Parmesan cheese, grated
1 C mayonnaise

Optional:
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, rinsed and drained (squeeze out liquid)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients.
Spread in baking dish
Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.

Serve warm with crackers.
