12 slices day-old white bread, crusts removed, cubed
1/4 C melted butter
1/2 C mayo
1-2 onions, chopped
1 lb Bob Evans spicy sausage, browned & drained
2 C grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 C milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 13x9" pan with Pamę.

Place 1/2 of bread cubes in pan & drizzle with 1/2 of butter.
Mix mayo, onions, sausage & cheese in a large bowl.
Spread over bread cubes.
Place remaining cubes over mixture & drizzle with remaining butter.
Mix eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over top.

Cover & refrigerate overnight.

Uncover & bake @ 350║ for 1 - 1 1/2 hours until done.
