1 pkg. egg roll wrappers 1 jar pizza sauce 1 lb. pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded Any pizza toppings you like.
Preheat oven to 400º. Place egg roll wrappers flat onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 6 minutes (watch closely to make sure they aren't getting too crisp). When out of the oven, spread sauce evenly onto each wrapper. Top with your choice of toppings, and cheese. Bake until cheese is hot and bubbly.
