3 slices bread
11/2 Tablespoons butter, softened
3 cups diced rhubarb
3 eggs
1cup plus 1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spread the bread with the butter, cut into cubes. Toss the bread cubes and diced rhubarb in an ungreased 1-quart casserole. In a bowl, beat eggs, 1 cup of the sugar, the half-half and milk together. Pour egg mixture over bread and rhubarb. Sprinkle with remaining tablespoon ot sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until a knife inserted 1 inch from the edge comes out clean.
