Brie cheese
A favorite jam
Frozen Bisquick or other brand of frozen prepared croissants.

Directions:
Directions:
Remove croissants from their container and separate according to the instructions on the container. Roll out or spread out three of the croissants to a larger shape.

Cut off all the rind from the cheese and cut into 3 chunks.

Put the cheese on the croissants.

Spread a tablespoon of your choice of flavor jam on top of the cheese and the dough.

Fold the croissants over to cover the jam and cheese, wetting the edges of the dough and pinching them together to form a closed pocket around the cheese and jam.

Bake in oven according to timing and temperature directions on the croissant container.

Cut baked Sweet and Fluffy into serving size pieces and enjoy.
