1 1/2 cups Sweet Onion, 2 T. Margarine, 8 oz. Sour Cream, 1/4 tsp. Salt, 1/4 tsp. Pepper, 4 tsp. Chives

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Onion and margarine a few minutes. Cool. In blender combine the rest of the ingredients except chives. Pulse a few times, but don't let it get too smooth. Stir in Chives. Chill. Serve with potato chips or crackers.
