1 can artichoke hearts
1 c. mayo
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
dab lemon juice
dab soya sauce
dab hot sauce
5 garlic cloves - minced

Directions:
Directions:
Chop artichoke hearts tiny, & drain well. Mix remaining ingredients.Microwave till bubbly.
Serve with crackers.

Sometimes I add chopped spinach and double the cheese - Dusty likes it that way.
