3/4 Cup White flour
1/2 Cup whole wheat flour
1/4 Cup cornmeal
1/2 Cup 6 grain cereal
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbl brown sugar
2 Tbl ground flax seed
1 1/4 Cup buttermilk
1 Egg
1 Tbl oil

Combine dry ingredients and mix. Whisk wet ingredients together and add to dry ingredients. Cook on hot skillet.
Variations: Add blueberries and dry oatmeal to top of pancake when cooking.
