4 oz linguine pasta
2 boneless chicken breasts
2 t. Cajun seasoning
2 T butter
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
4 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 green onion, chppped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. cream
1/4 t dried basil
1/4 t lemon pepper
1/4 t salt
black pepper to taste
1/4 c. parmesean cheese

Boil pasta until al dente
Coat chicken with cajun spice, saute until tender
Add peppers, mushroom, garlic, green onion, Saute 5 mins. Reduce heat
Add cream, basil, lemon pepper, salt.
Add pasta, top with grated cheese and serve
