1/2 lb ground beef salt and pepper 1 can chili 2 hamburger buns cheese onion mayo mustard
Shape ground beef into 4 patties. Fry in a skillet until done, about 4 minutes each side. Heat chili and slice onions. Split buns, place hamburgers onto buns. Top with chili, onions and cheese. Squirt with mayo or mustard. Serve open faced with a fork!
