1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion*
1 c mushrooms*
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 pkg brown gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Shape ground beef into patties. Season with garlic salt and brown in a skillet 5 minutes on each side. Place burgers in a single layer in a baking dish. Drain excess fat from skillet. Using the same skillet, add 1/4 cup of water and saute chopped onions and sliced mushrooms until done; about 5 minutes. Pour on top of patties. Mix the brown gravy mix according to the package directions. Pour over the patties and vegetables. Cover pan with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. * if desired
