1 cup Flour, 1/2 cup Shortening, 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar, 2 Eggs beaten, 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder, 1 cup Sugar, 2 T. Flour, 1/2 tsp. grated Lemon Rind

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, Shortening, and powdered Sugar together, pour into an 8 X 8 pan, (that has been sprayed with pam spray). Bake crust at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix up remaining ingredients and pour over crust. Bake an additional 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle top with powdered sugar. Cut into squares when cooled.
