6-8 avocados, peeled and seeded
1 Tbsp lime juice
2-4 Tbsp jalapeņos, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup picante salsa
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp garlic, finely minced
4 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Mash avocado with potato masher to desired consistency (I like mine chunky). Stir in remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Taste for salt and add more if desired.

I know this recipe makes a lot, but it's a Texas version. Add a Mango margarita and you'll soon see the bottom of the bowl.
