4 cups whole (preferably Texas) pecans
1/2 cup butter
2 Tbsp seasoned salt

Directions:

Melt butter. Add to pecans and salt. Mix well. Spread out on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, stirring twice.

We live on a pecan orchard (Pecan Plantation) and so pecans are usually plentiful beginning in November. Call if you need any - first come, first served.
