2 pkgs (10 oz) frozen broccoli spears Juice of 1/2 lemon 4 large whole chicken breasts 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 small can of mushroom caps 1 cup sour cream 1 cup sherry or white wine paprika
Cook broccoli.Place in buttered shallow dish. Squeeze lemon juice over broccoli. Combine soup with mushroom caps, sour cream and sherry. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle paprika over top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour
