2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
1 large onion, chopped
salt
pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt sour cream
2 C cheddar cheese, grated
1 stick butter or oleo, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.
Spray 13x9" pan with Pam©.
Place mixture into pan, bake @ 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
Stir every 30 minutes.
May top with corn flakes or crumbled Ritz crackers for added crispness the last 30 minutes.
