2 lb carrots, sliced into pennies
2 onions, sliced 1/4" thick
1 green pepper, cleaned and sliced
1 can tomato soup
3/4 C vinegar
1 C sugar
3/4 C salad oil
1 pkg Good Seasons dry Italian dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until just tender, drain.
Add other vegetables.

Mix ingredients for marinade in sauce pan.
Heat until boiling, stirring constantly.
Pour over carrots and vegetables.
Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
