10 lbs. ground turkey
3 lbs. spaghetti pasta
2 cans of tomato sauce
Diced tomato, basil, onion, oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground turkey in a large skillet. Drain excess grease. Bring 8 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot. Add spaghetti pasta to water. In a large pot, add the cans of tomato sauce, diced tomato, basil, onion, and oregano. Drain spaghetti and add to sauce. Remove some spaghetti for vegetarian students, and then add ground turkey.
