6 to 7 baking potatoes
2/3 cup margarine
2/3 cup flour
4 to 6 cups milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 to 6 green onions, chopped
5 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 heaping TB of chicken base
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Make potatoes in oven or microwave. Cut in small cubes with skin on. Melt butter in large soup pan. Add flour, stir until smooth. Cook one minute, stirring constantly. Add milk, stir until thick and bubbly. Add potatoes, salt, pepper, onions and bacon. Add cheese and chicken base. Cook until heated and stir in sour cream. Add more milk if needed.
