1 quart broccoli, diced
1 tsp. garlic
1 TB parsley flakes
2 TB chicken base
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can carrots, drained
2 cups powdered creamer
3 strips bacon, diced
1 to 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1/2 gallon water (8 cups)
1 tsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, fry bacon and onions in oil until soft. Add water, garlic, parsley, chicken base, poultry seasoning and pepper. Bring to a boil and add broccoli until soft. Add mushrooms, carrots, creamer and cheese. Thicken with cornstarch. Serve with bread.

I grate my own carrots instead of using the canned carrots. It's more like the Bread Company's broccoli cheddar soup.
