1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken
1 pint sour cream
2 cups grated sharp cheddar
4 lbs. hash browns, thawed


TOPPING:

1/4 cup melted butter
2 cups crushed Cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients over low heat and stir until creamy-cheesy consistency. Stir in hash browns. Pour mixture in greased casserole dish. Mix butter and Cornflakes and spread over top. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Can also be made in crockpot.
