1 cup instant nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup vanilla-flavored instant creamer (dry)
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened instant tea (dry)
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cardamom
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

1. In small bowl, mix dry milk, creamer, and powdered sugar. In another small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Into 16-oz. jar, alternately spoon milk and tea mixture, packing lightly.

2. Give with gift card that reads: For each serving, place 1/4 cup Chai Mix in cup or mug. Fill with 1 cup very hot water. For creamier chai, use half milk and half water.
