2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup milk
1 slice bread, crumbled
1 egg
2 tsp. salt
1 small onion
dash of pepper & garlic
2 TB cornstarch
2 TB soy sauce
1 can beef broth
12 oz. pineapple chunks and juice
1/4 cup vinegar
2 green peppers, bite size
1 cup brown sugar

Mix first three ingredients. Add egg and seasoning up to dash of pepper and garlic. Shape in small rolls. Broil until brown. Blend cornstarch with soy sauce. Cook with remaining ingredients until thick, stirring constantly. Add meatballs. If sauce is too thick, add more juice, even orange juice.
