1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Do not drain corn. Mix all together and bake at 350º for 45 minutes to an hour. Melt cheese on top.
