2 sticks oleo- softened 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar chopped nuts 4 eggs sugar, for sprinkling 2 tsp. almond extract
Mix oleo and sugar, add eggs and extract. Then add flour and mix well. Spread in 9X13 in. pan. Sprinkle chopped nuts and sugar on top. Bake @ 350º for about 30 min. It's hard to tell when it is done, because the sides finish quickly and the middle looks a little soft yet. Check the middle with a toothpick.
