1 c. plus 2 TB. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1 egg
2 TB. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. soda
6 oz. chocolate chips
3/4 c. oleo
nuts, opt.
1/2 c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry ingredients into bowl. Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, mix till blended. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake @ 350º for 10 minutes, till brown. Let set 3 minutes, then remove.
