1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. crushed cereal
1 c. oleo
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. oil (2/3 c.)
1 TB. milk
1 egg
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
3 1/2 c. flour
nuts, opt.
1 tsp. soda
coconut, opt.
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all the wet stuff, then add the rest. Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes.

We are not sure which Laurel this is :) but they are good! For the cereal you can use either coarsely crushed cornflakes or rice krispies.
