1 stick butter or margarine
2-2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1 egg
1/2 c. nuts, opt.
1 c. brown sugar
coconut
1 c. cut up dates

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, egg, brown sugar and dates; cook in skillet until mixture separates from the pan. Cool slightly. Stir in Rice Krispies and nuts. Roll into balls. Then, roll in coconut.

Optional, when you take the pan off the heat you may stir in 1 tsp. vanilla.
