1 (16 oz) package of shredded coleslaw mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place the coleslaw mix in a large bowl and toss to separate. In a medium bowl mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the coleslaw mix. Toss well to coat completely. Let rest for 5 minutes and toss again. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
