4 Italian sausage
1 lg onion sliced
3 med peppers sliced
1 t basil
1 t sugar
2 T oil
1 clove garlic
1 15 oz can Italian tomatoes
1 t salt
1 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in lg fry pan until brown. Remove from pan and set aside. Add oil onion, garlic and peppers to drippings. Cook stirring occasionally until vegetables are soft 15 min. Stir in tomatoes, basil, sugar add sausage and cook 15 min. Remove cover and increase heat to me high, cook for 5 min stirring occasionally
