First Layer:

1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter, softened

Second Layer:

1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Third Layer:

2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
3 c. milk

Fourth Layer:

Additional whipped topping
Additional pecans

Directions:
Directions:
First layer: Mix together well. Press evenly into bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool.
Second Layer: Use mixer; mix sugar and softened cream cheese. Fold in whipped topping by hand. Spread carefully over first layer.
Third layer: Blend puddings in milk. Spread over third layer.
Fourth layer: Spread thawed whipped topping over pudding and top that with pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
