4 1/2 c flour
2 t salt
4 eggs
milk
1/2 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Measure flour into a large bowl. Break eggs into a two cup measure, beat slightly with a fork. Add enough milk to measure 2 c, pour over flour mixture and stir. Then drop into a pan of boiling salt water. Cook uncovered for 5 min or until tender.Drizzle dumplings with melted butter and fried bacon pieces.
