1 pkg dirty rice mix
2 c water
1 c diced onion
1 can Rotel©
1 can beans
1/2 lb meat*
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch oven, combine rice mix, water and the Rotel. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cover, stirring occasionally. Cook for 25 minutes, until rice is easily fluffed with a fork. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the meat and onion; drain off any fat. Drain beans, then add to the meat and onions. Stir meat and beans into rice. Season with salt and pepper. *I like ground beef or sausage, GLENN likes skinless smoked sausage
