4-6 russet potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
2 T Soy sauce
1/3 c. Cornflakes
1 T. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Cut into 6-9 wedges per potato. Place them on a baking sheet. Combine 1/2 c. melted butter and 2 T. soy sauce. Brush over wedges. Combine 1/3 c. crushed cornflakes and 1 T sesame seed. Sprinkle over brushed wedges. Bake 30-40 minutes until crisp and slightly brown.
